Terms of Service

Welcome to Werrberus ("we", "our", "us", or "the Bot"). By inviting, adding, configuring, or interacting with Werrberus within any Discord server ("guild"), you ("the User", "Server Owner", or "Guild Administrator") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately remove the Bot from your Discord server.

1. Purpose and Service Scope

Werrberus provides automated, real-time cyber-security, anti-raid, anti-phishing, anti-nuke, and Web3 drainer mitigation services for Discord communities. The Bot analyzes event telemetry (member joins, message structures, URL patterns, audit log events) using stateless mathematical algorithms—specifically Mandelbrot fractal escape dynamics, GAP-0331 Z/9Z modular ring invariants, and Shannon information entropy.

2. Grant of Authority & Discord Permissions

By adding Werrberus to a Discord guild and assigning it administrative or moderation roles, you explicitly authorize Werrberus to perform automated protective moderation actions on behalf of server leadership. These permissions may include:

• Ban Members & Kick Members: To remove verified botnet accounts, raid swarms, and malicious phishing operators.
• Moderate Members (Timeout): To immediately isolate message floods, high-entropy token stealers, or spam bursts.
• Manage Messages: To purge phishing links, crypto drainer lures, and unauthorized Discord server invitations.
• Manage Channels: To enforce emergency 1-click server lockdowns by updating @everyone sending permissions.
• View Audit Log: To identify and neutralize compromised administrator accounts attempting unauthorized mass deletions (Anti-Nuke protection).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to utilize Werrberus solely in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the Bot's security checks, rate limiters, or mathematical decision boundaries.
• Operate the Bot in servers that violate the Discord Terms of Service or Discord Community Guidelines.
• Conduct intentional Denial-of-Service (DoS) floods or command spamming against the Bot's infrastructure.
• Misrepresent the Bot's origin, ownership, or security certifications.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Werrberus is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Although engineered for sub-15ms defensive reflexes and high accuracy, the developers and operators of Werrberus disclaim all liability for:

• Malicious attacks, zero-day exploits, or coordinated raids that bypass automated detection parameters.
• Unexpected moderation actions resulting from misconfigured guild thresholds, overly strict profiles, or third-party credential compromise.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by Discord API outages, rate limits, or hosting infrastructure downtime.

In no event shall the authors or maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect software updates, Discord API policy adjustments, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Werrberus following such postings constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Termination and Server Eviction

Server administrators may terminate this agreement at any time by kicking or banning Werrberus from their server. Upon removal, all volatile in-memory queues and tracking buffers associated with the server are permanently purged from RAM.
